At LEAP Goods, we balance the art of the handmade with modern made-to-order technology. Because our items are created just for you, they take a little extra time to prepare. Thank you for supporting slow, thoughtful production!
1. Production & Processing Times
Before your order hits the mail, it goes through a “Production” phase.
Handmade Items (e.g., hand-sewn pillows, screen-printed goods): Please allow 5–7 business days for your item to be crafted and packaged.
Print-on-Demand (POD) Items: Our printing partners typically take 2–5 business days to create your order.
Mixed Orders: If you order a handmade item and a POD item, they may ship in separate packages at different times.
Note: “Business days” are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. During peak seasons (November–December), production times may extend by an additional 2–3 days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an item leaves our studio (or our partner’s facility), we are not responsible for carrier delays.
3. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
4. International Shipping (Customs & Duties)
We currently ship to the USA, and Canada. Please Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LEAP Goods, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@leapgoods.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Missing Packages: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it remains missing after 3 business days, contact us and we will help you file a claim.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
